Acceptable use policy

What PigPog is for

Use PigPog to understand videos you are allowed to watch, by listening to their captions in your language while you watch. Translations and generated audio are created on request, played in your browser and meant only for you.

Prohibited uses

You must not use PigPog, its translations or its generated voices to:

• publish, upload, broadcast, sell or otherwise share PigPog's translations or generated audio, or make dubbed copies of videos;
• infringe copyright or other rights, or get around paywalls, DRM, access controls or the rules of the site hosting a video;
• impersonate a real person, create deepfakes or voice clones, or present generated speech as something a real person said;
• commit fraud, scams or phishing, send spam, or deceive people;
• harass, threaten, bully, defame or expose anyone, or share someone's private information;
• break the law, or promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or other serious harm;
• use bots, scripts or other automated or bulk access, resell or share accounts, or get around usage limits, minutes or security measures;
• copy, scrape or extract PigPog's voices, models or service, train AI models on its output, or build a competing service from it.

Prohibited content

You must not use PigPog's AI translation or generated dubbing on, or to produce, any of the following:

• sexual or NSFW content (see the next section);
• any content that sexualizes or exploits minors; we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities;
• hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or another protected characteristic;
• graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or violent extremism;
• content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
• content that promotes illegal activity, such as illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking or fraud;
• intimate or private content shared without the consent of the people in it;
• deliberately false or misleading content meant to cause harm, including fake statements attributed to real people and election misinformation;
• content you are not allowed to access, or that infringes someone else's rights.

No sexual or NSFW content

PigPog must not be used for sexual or NSFW content of any kind. This includes pornography and other adult videos, sexually explicit or erotic captions, nudity or sexual acts, and sexual role-play or chat. You must not use AI translation or generated voices to translate, dub or voice such content, or to produce sexual, erotic or sexually suggestive speech.

This applies on every plan and every site, including sites PigPog does not list. We may block such requests and suspend or close accounts that attempt them.

Generated voices and translations

PigPog's voices are synthetic. They are not, and must not be presented as, the voice of any real person, including the people in the video. Translations and speech are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, so don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety or other decisions where accuracy matters.

Enforcement

PigPog does not store your captions, translations or generated audio, so we rely on usage records, automated limits and reports to detect misuse. If we believe this policy has been broken, we may refuse or block requests, limit features, or suspend or close the account, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Reporting misuse

To report misuse of PigPog, email contact@pigpog.space with "Abuse report" in the subject, a short description and, where possible, the video's address. We review every report.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
